Annual dues are $100 per year and boat ramp access is an additional $50

The Baycliff Civic League relies on everyone, both homeowners and renters, to keep our community well maintained and attractive. Your financial support is needed.

Shared community expenses cover maintenance of 2-1/2 acres of comon land, including mowing, flowers and other landscaping, fertilization and insect contol, tree and shrub trimmimg, and fall leaf and storm clean-ups. Expenses also include entry lighting and irrigation bills, liability insurance, legal and clerical costs, community events, and much more.
